We’re a blended family with three kids, two grandchildren, and decades of laughter, challenges, growth, grace, and memories. We make our home in beautiful Arizona, which we still call beautiful even when it’s 115° outside.

Spend much time with us, and you’ll quickly discover we approach life differently.

Tony tends to live at about 30,000 feet. He’s the big picture visionary who can come up with ten ideas before breakfast and be convinced at least nine are brilliant.

Brenda is the boots on the ground visionary. She sees the people, the details, and what it takes to turn an idea into something real. Tony may dream it up, but Brenda usually determines whether it can fly or whether it should ever leave the ground. She’s also perfected the eye roll reserved for Tony’s more creative ideas.

But underneath those differences is what matters most:

We are two different people who love Jesus.

Being Christ centered has never meant becoming the same. We think, process, communicate, and experience life differently. Over the years, we’ve learned those differences don’t have to divide us. They can actually become gifts.

We’ve also come to believe that a “perfect marriage” isn’t something you finally achieve but rather something you continually build. Two people who keep showing up, choosing each other, learning, fine tuning, and growing together.

It’s about becoming.
